Why do you enjoy teaching science?

I find great satisfaction in teaching science because it allows for exploration of the natural world through hands-on experiences.

Involving students in laboratory work and experiments enhances their understanding of the diverse forces that influence our environment and society.

Additionally, science can inspire students to follow their passions in the STEM fields, which represent some of the most rapidly expanding career opportunities globally.

What is something you have learned about teaching?

Through my experience in teaching, I have come to understand the critical role of nurturing curiosity.

Today's students have unprecedented access to information, more than any previous generation. Therefore, encouraging them to explore their interests, seek answers independently, and discern truth from misinformation has become a fundamental aspect of our classroom environment.

Why do you choose to teach at Bright Star Schools?

I decided to join Bright Star Schools due to the strong connections we have with the communities we serve.
